Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2 (TaiNEX 2) is a newly established venue that holds world-class conferences organized in Taipei.

* Shuttle services will be provided between Taipei Marriott Hotel, Courtyard Taipei, and the Congress venue. The travel time is calculated based on normal traffic conditions.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy
Only delegates who have registered for the APVRS 2022 Taipei Congress and settled their registration fees can view the hotel reservation forms in the Congress system. Depending on the hotel’s policy, credit card details may be needed to secure the booking.
How to Book Accommodation
To reserve a room, please log in to the congress system and download the reservation form for the hotel of your choice. Please send the completed form directly to the hotel’s email address. The hotel will directly follow up with the reservation with you.
Amendments must be made directly with the hotels and are subject to availability. Depending on the hotel’s policy, changes made after the deadlines as indicated on the reservation forms may incur amendment fees.
Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation or shortening of stay must be made to the hotels by the deadlines on the reservation form. Any requests made after that date or no-shows may subject to a 100% cancellation charge for the entire stay.
